Dear customers that speak foreign languages: It isn't uncommon to understand a language but not speak it.

Dear customers: 

There is a ton of foreign languages I hear daily. We're all american and I respect that. Please mind your manners in what you say. Just because you think we can't understand it: well you're wrong. I understand 4 languages but do not speak them. Please watch what you say. Just because you think most americans only understand english is a bias miss understanding. Even without understanding the language we can get a gist of what you're saying due to body language and a context of your sentences. I can not tell you how many times I have told customers I understand them and they still speak ill will of the business or employees.

 lol 4. Kroger employees are dumb they cant even stock shelves or count back change with out the aid of a machine.
