its the associates fault for the way things go at these stores. They hire and hire but all you people wanna do is be on your phones, take 30 minute bathroom breaks. 12 smoke breaks, play footsie with each other and play fartnite. Management is fine and their treatment is justified. Theyre tired of having to hold lack luster employees hand who dont want to work.

That's always been my sentiment about people who constantly bitch about their jobs. Nothing worse than being on a job you're ok with but stuck with one of these cry babies. Some of em last for YEARS acting like that.

I'm so sick of people gloating that they quit. Just quit already. I'd highly start with indeed.com and just start job hunting really heavily. I bet in less than a month you'll get an interview with someone.
Too many people want a job and wine and complain about having to actually "work" when they're at work. Then bi--tich about it when they actually are told man up and do your job. How the hell do you expect to actually make ends meet when you move out from ma and pa's basement or rented child hood bedroom?
The union contract allows us to call out a couple times a month and boy do I take advantage of it. If my attendance is in good standing I sure the hell do it. This isn't the most glamorous job but it's efficient if you take full advantage of it. With it taking 3 yrs at full time to get to jrnyman pay most people don't want to suck up the long haul to get there. Once you get there it's decent paying. Not great but doable.
