Walmart's CEO Doug McMillon says 'I'm closing stores and RAISING PRICES because of theft!'

Look this up if you haven't seen it. This jackass is truly clueless: the whole reason retail theft is 'at an epidemic high' is because the Super Rich keep raising prices to the point that law abiders are making hard choices between paying their monthly bills....and stealing their essential supplies.

Do you see Kroger's Rodney eventually trying the same dumba$$ move?

No, actually it's because Liberal cities run by Democratic mayors and Democratic district attorneys have all but legalized shoplifting.  Also, whenever the Liberal media tries to talk about the crime in red state, they never mention the fact that the crime is occuring in the blue cities in that state.

Then rather close stores and raise prices which will do nothing, why not hire HANDS ON security that will stop these b*tch a$$ pu$$y shoplifters rather than let them leave. Spend money on good security guards rather than stupid programs that corporate says will (not) work.

To both respondents, whether you're right or wrong, one thing guaranteed correct about this:

These already too-rich c o c k suckers will be getting EVEN MORE MONEY. They've just found yet another excuse to gouge us law abiding honest shoppers even harder than they've already been.

...And they'll too be blaming bull s h i t boogeyman sources like the red and blue.

Because everybody---repubs and dems alike--is terrified of being sued. This trend has been true for a long time now, and nas nothing to do with politics.

I remember when store security would chase down and body tackle shoplifters to the pavement. Saw one guy get a tooth busted out and bleed like a stuck pig, AND the cops manhandled him into a squad car.

Try that now? It'd be the fattest payday ever for the perp. At the center of every problem plaguing this country is a room full of lawyers. ---Red and blue alike, btw.

A few years back a woman was grabbed at WM, forced into their security office and strip searched by their people. They found NOTHING. She found a lawyer.....and sued the almighty S H I T out of them, up in the millions. This is why WM and everyone has so relaxed their LP policies.

First, the Super Rich created this gouging phenomenon with the plandemic. Ever since, they've been cultivating and nurturing panic shopping, and this is why people will continue playing along and paying out their entire bank rolls to support it.

It is actually cheaper and more profitable for the SR to close stores and raise prices than hire security or -----god forbid---lower prices.

 Hell yea, I'm gonna!

Most states the cops won't get you unless it's $950. and ^.

Another thing: anyone NOT officially law enforcement---including LP staff---CAN NOT legally detain you. First motherfker even tries that on me gettin a face fulla mace. And the sht and giggles irony of it all? The law is on my side!

I say if anyone tries to shoplift, shoot to kill. If anyone complains, shoot them too. If you can't behave, you have no business being alive.

Is this even trolling?

Did our usual troll take a sick day or vacation week?

Pandemic/inflation price gouging is a very real thing and damned if Kroger isn't making a buck or ten.

But this is nuanced, real, and externally verifiable.

Kroger is only interested in employee theft, so Rodney is just going to do blow and bang underage Russian/Uke hookers while the private airstrip for his Christmas mansion (in a different state from his winter mansion) is under construction.

God Bless America.  But more specifically, the shareholders.

I used to feel exactly the same................until I woke the fk up and recognized the difference between what I was taught was good eithics and blind compliance.

There's nothing good or ethical about what these too-rich corporations are doing to us.

Btw, I know without ever meeting you you're waaaay too much a p u s s y to ever shoot anyone. biggrin
