A Cashier has failed the front end mystery shopper test twice. The worker was supposed to be written up and have a conference with mgmt.  This hasn't occurred and now mgmt plans to write up and suspended the worker on the next failed mystery shopper test. The worker has already asked mgmt to remove them from the position so they have less chance to get in trouble.  They refuse to do so.. what is possible recourse?

Put in a request to be moved to another department. Be specific and make sure they have the hours for you. Unless you're absolutely vital as a cashier, and cashiers are a dime a dozen, then they have to let you transfer. Otherwise, it can be seen as a way to get you to quit. Get the union involved if necessary.

Who ****ing cares?

Are you an overly involved mystery shopper?  The employee in question?  Management?  A furious and jealous bagger?  A balloon (or microwave) enthusiast?

The only recourse is for the employee in question to get a REAL job at Walmart or McDonald's or something.

****.
