Our bakery has not been able to get in several types of doughnuts, streusel, or whippy icing for several days. It turns out those items all come from the same place which just happened to be the victim of a cyber attack. I have hardly any doughnuts to put out, I can't make any Danishe that requires streusel, and we can't make any cake that requires whippy icing. So anyone wanting a strawberry crunch cake is out of luck.
