I work picklist at and I am getting PI$$ED off at night crew putting their crap in OUR picklist area. EVERY day I have to move THEIR product from our area so I can stage the items correctly. Then they get mad when I move it. Well, night crew.... DEAL WITH IT!
It gets annoying that I have to move their product BEFORE I can even begin to do my job. Look, I know we get deliveries that run late or someone over orders. But if nightcrew worker their dollies and got product out, it would be easier for everyone.
Nightcrew already monopolized the dollies... they WILL NOT take over our pick lost area. It is NOT going to happen.
Have you tried TALKING with them, you know, like an adult, instead of moving their things without a word and then bitching on the internet?
I work nightcrew and all op has to do is talk. And 9x out of 10 nightcrew will understand. Leaving nasty notes or just moving product does nothing. Most of the time nightcrew knows about the areas daycare needs to work with. And if nightcrew doesn't really know about picklist why not leave them a POLITE letter near your area saying something like "please leave this area clear. This area is used for staging picklist orders. Thank you."

Don't think Mega Kitty's ignoring yall. Any time now, he's gonna come screaming on here and keyboard warring against everyone here who dared challenge him.
Only thing funnier than that is seeing how he'd react if anyone ever actually confronted him on the street. He'd be R E A L different lol

Just quit. There is nothing you can do or say about it. If an order comes real late its going where ever so deal with it. no one cares.

Half the people on here are the same way. While some of Mega's posts are justified, his rant against nightcrew on here are pointless. We cant do anything for him other than tell him to talk to night crew about it.
Bring this up with management. If all of you corner them and make it clear that you're tired of this b.s. end it.
We had an issue with n.c. refusing to stock some merchandise that was theirs. Day stockers are res possible for a lot but it got to the point where if it fell on the aisle a day stocker was on they wouldn't touch it at all. So when day stockers came on we'd have to unload 2-4 uboats of merch ontop of our normal loads and that wasn't right. Eventually we ended it and it took a hell of a lot of coaching. After a while we just stopped doing thier sh--it and only did ours.
