maturity level kroger?

Wondering has anyone been told to grow up and be mature when you're grown up. I don't see any manager saying the same lines to teenagers (maybe perhaps their hormones and sensitivity).

There are immature adults at kroger

Keep the reply light humor and clean please!

I am not immature. Youre a big booger nose and I'm the most mature one. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go burp my ABS'S over the intercom

If a company could be taken in on a psych hold ... I wonder. I've known some smart individuals that should never be allowed out unsupervised. Maniacal HR criminal once asked if I thought I was smarter than kroger, if I thought I would be able to prevail against the company. Didn't really answer, but I care about people enough to not want to hurt them and that seems smart.

I'm here because society failed me in middle class jobs that would generally get your career going.

You have to keep in mind people that:

Struggled in school, never really did anything in their lives, can't get employment else where (for what ever reason), don't have strong social etiquette, failed high school, dropped out of school....

People that often struggle in employment or are under educated often gravitate towards these jobs. You have to keep in mind innocent people often get mixed into the middle of this bull s---hit. I'm 15 yrs with company and I am highly considering moving on. I only stay because my pay area is 25/hr and not many jobs in my area are this high in pay.

Grown ups have full time jobs with regular hours and grown up pay.

Quite frankly, that's not a Kroger thing.

If you work here, well...
