Same exact post. The admin said we could not help you with that in the previous post.

You must go to the store you shopped at

Go to kroger.com.  Make an account using your kroger card #.  You will be able to pull up a digital receipt from that site.

Using a computer(not sure how app looks on a phone):

Click name in upper right corner--->My purchases--->see order details--->see receipt.

1 please stick to one post.

2 if you do not have the receipt you'll need to contact the store and the book keeper can look up the digital version of it on their end and print it out. Just know date if possible time stamp and roughly the order total. I think they can reverse look it up by customer number. but not positive.

3 if you're trying to return something without a receipt kroger's new return policy is zero questions just honor it. Most likely due to the massive number of customer complaints.

The only reason I think you might want a receipt is to write it off on your taxes, company bought something and lost it and now can't get the credit for it. If you need balance info for like a food stamp card big deal just look it up on their app or online.
