No one can make a living on a 25 hr a week pay check because you refuse to pay holiday pay. 

Secondly, I'm glad corporate came in on a day where the only scheduled person called out and saw our department a shi--t show. 

If you want to keep staff schedule them livable pay checks. If this trend keeps going I will seek else where. Short term = okay can suck it up. Long term = not livable.
