Kroger by law you still have to mail out our w2 forms. Tax season hasn't already begun and you're forcing us to get it online. If you download it online you're forced to pay the access fee just to get it.

I don't download any stuff like that.  I get everything, bills, financial records, etc. sent to me by mail.

You don't work here.

Try not to make it obvious.

The fee is only for previous years. The one for this 2023 is free.

Its not required by law. Get use to going paperless. its. not hard to do a series of clocks to get document. I swear these associates are worthless

So now we have to turn in our clocks in order to get our tax documents?  Does it matter what type of clock?  I'm not sure I have enough clocks to get the all the documents I need.  Can we use watches instead?

"you demanded this and we listened". F-ing azzholes. They work on crap like this all the time. This particular one for like 5+ years. Your results will be inconsistent. Depending on where and who you are, you can always get what you are legally entitled to by begging some The Manager or other. Maybe there will be a mystery process to undo the secret mechanism that volunteered you. Abusive chaos in the service of tyranny, always.

Actually. it is required by law unless the employee consents to receiving it electronically. If you don't want to receive it electronically, they have to mail it to you.

Honestly, this is one of the only things that Kroger has fixed.  It's shocking.

Under the old system, you'd have to have to specifically click on a very specific generic clip-art on the page to proceed.

And then you would have to agree to never ever again receive by mail your W2 nor any tax form ever for the rest of your mortal life and/nor your immortal life.

You were then asked to print a form, prick a drop a blood upon it, and mail it off.

MyInfo puts it right there.  Two clicks.
