Someone at the store asked me if they get severance. I don't know. My roommate said most companies give 3 month's salary. Anyone know what Kroger's policies are when a manager is let go?
You only get severance packages for companies closing and they need people to stay until the last date. This is something you won't know until that time frame comes. As they are hush hush abt it.
Our district manager flipped and decided to give her a "field position" (WTH is that?) to see "how she gets along with people" according to my closing manager
Had a manager that was in that position. She still couldnt get along with people after transitioning back to the stores. Corporate loved her for that very reason.
