So I took all my vacations back to back at the start of the year after the first week of January. They've been approved. I have 5 weeks and 5 personal days. Im full time. Is there anything the company can do to me or anything the manager can do to screw with me? If I quit after my last personals are used can they penalize me somehow? Can they switch my department around? I work in Michigan.

Why did you take all your vacation time at once, and at the beginning of the year to boot? If you're going to quit, then just quit. They have to pay you for all your vacations and personal days when you quit because that's time already earned from the previous year. You may even get it if you're fired, but that depends on your contract and your state's labor laws.
The reason I took my vacations was because I wanted a mental health break. We are unfortunately cursed by management figures who are grossly incompetent and abusive. I do not know if I'm quitting.
