Getting fed up with this company and moving on sooner than later.

Given this company 2 decades of my life and for what? Nothing. Just a pay-check-to-paycheck job. No good deed goes unpunished with this company. Lack of promotional advancement. Schedule requests are now all of a sudden null-and-void and not even a suggestion. Moral is so low in this company it has hit a new low.

Whole lotta unnecessary bitching and moaning from the OP who just sounds lazy ASF at best. Heres a idea, stay off your phone and actually do some work!

 I used to have a pay of 14.90/hr.  But I got Sunday time and a half.  So 14.9 X 32 = 476.80.   14.9 X 12 = 178.8. (8h x 1.5 = 12h).  476.8 + 178.8 = $655.60 a week    655.6/40 = average hour pay = 16.39

Next pay bump I get $15.15/hr.   15.15 X 40h (cause now I seem to be getting no Sundays scheduled)= $606.00.  Thats almost $50 a week difference!   (If I DID get Sunday pay, my average would be $21.21.

When I HAVE asked for overtime, store manager says nope.  Honestly the only thing keeping me from walking out is the anxiety of starting a job hunt ALL OVER AGAIN.
