Forget You Kroger, I Can Do Better

Only scheduled for 11 days out of each month. Fine, Kroger can keep it's hours. They'll never be able to find a better employee. Since Kroger forgot to put me in the schedule for for 3 weeks, on the fourth week, I was given 20 hours but I declined. No schedule, no loyalty.

They dont care. Sounds like they saw how lazy you are and just gave you a few hours like throwing a dog a bone. Good riddance!

Think maybe they are nuts? Or maybe there is something secret going on and the "grocery" thing is just a front? By all means move on and spread the word on these goofs.

And kroger wonders why they can't keep staff. They promise them high wages (lie), then offer them <20 hrs a week at best the first couple of yrs. Then keep slashing the employee hrs to the point of barely functional.

Not sure if merge will go through but it's acting like they're on bankruptcy or something and they're trying to pocket the extra while taking it out of the employees just trying to make ends meet.
