ASL acts like a store manager and store manger allows it cuz itís his first time being a SM

We got a whole new crew of asl and a SM after our last one was arrested for embezzlement and all the other ask was told they would be going to another store. Anyway this new guy on a power trip and messing with ppl schedules ( scheduling ppl outside their availability both full and part timers.) or giving them less than work able hours like 10 hours or less. He also made deli dept †and I mean EVERYONE schedule to come to work 11pm till 8am and leave one person to work the day shift or no one. From what I seen he has a full stack of grievances against him from employees to the union. They just recently wrote him up for leaving a meat pallet that was left out from nightshift the night before till1-2pm dayshift. A lot of us are now looking else where and even the ones who was trying to stay till retirement are looking for a better job or trying to transfer out. Let me not forget the SM is VERY new to being a SM its him first time being a SM and he acts like his a ASL. Our store is burning down. DM need to get them both tf outta here! ASAP!!!!!

Contact ethics report and say some sh---it. Our last store manager was a bit of a dick and we just had to massively complain to get them removed from position.†
