The cashier saw this her eyes opened wide and I think she was laughing. She wont be a witness cause she said it only happens once just be okay with it. Take it as a compliment like what!? I think this will be my last week here. Why does Kroger hire these special needy tards who do vulgar acts?

Just bust the guy in his nose. HARD. When they ask why just say "it only happens once. Just be OK and deal with it."

I am pretty sure someone put him up to it. Don't put down special people I hate it when they get bullied. Just ignore it this time.
We had a guy once that told a lady "We are giving out free sugar" She said "You are?" He said "Yes" Then puckered his lips out.
This lady knew he was special. She called back Management said, "We will talk to him" They asked him if he did that he laughed and said yes. All the managers just laughed.
If your cashier is making racial slues yes bring it up with management. If it's a one time thing please let it go as some times people don't always pay attention to what they say or do or are caught in the moment. If it is a repetitive occurrence yes you can get in trouble for it.
I worked with an older guy who was clearly a pervert. He would make comments to women (regardless of age) and it sort of crossed a line when parents started complaining he was making the same comments to their kids. He didn't last long.
