Our department barely has any staff and we are eligible to 2 days off minimum and I frequently get asked to come in and like hell I'm doing 6+ day work weeks. If you give me the minimum 24-48 hrs notice advance shift change and i have no plans I'll consider it. If it does not fall within that time frame I'm not going to do it. When I request time off or pto there's a reason for it. Stop trying to take it away from me. If it happens again I'm contacting the union.
