Does anyone else have to scan their slicers and ovens every day with the Zebra for safety inspection? I would think that would be against union rules since we're not trained as safety inspectors and it's not part of our job description. Next thing you know they're going to start telling us we have to do the repairs ourselves too.
There was an option on the Telxon. Before that, The Receiver signed a paper Equipment Inspection log every morning. I have been scanning the baler and PIT daily for the last 12 years. The Zebra is quicker than the Telxon.
