Well, I do use Pickup sometimes. Yesterday I was having issues with the website being slow. The website is the way I prefer to order because of health issues. Something got changed in the app and I was unable to view my cart I could only view "My List". When I make a Grocery List, I use pin and paper (I prefer) not the app.
Well, I look at it like this. Id rather try on clothes myself rather than buy online, just to make sure they fit. In the same way, I wanna see the meat and produce Im buying. That way, Im never disappointed. Plus, it has been said that shoppers pay 10-20% more to have someone do the shopping for them rather than if they did it themselves. The price of convenience, I guess, but its not for me. Plus, I like looking through the markdowns and discounted merchandise, which I cant see if I just use the app. Which is all to say, I actually like SAVING money, rather than wasting it, but to each his or her own

I agree with you.
One problem I see with pickup is the cost to kroger. Free if order over $35? How is the $15/hour to shop and load going to be paid? Raise prices for everyone and forcing everyone else in the store to do twice as much work. Can not work in the long run.
