How many bitter people do you work with? The ones that leave a nasty taste in your mouth for days on end even by just saying hello?
At my store there are at lest 4. They all work in the front end and the managers are blind as to why they can't hold staff long term in that department. These 4 people are making the work place environment so bitter no one wants to do the job. One in particular has caused a lot of good could of been staff to work or move on. Why work with someone who is so unpleasant you go home feeling like that every day? No.
I was glad when I role changed to another department. Once in a rare while I'll have to interact with the worst one of the four and it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth aura for several days in a row. That's days not hours. The only thing that protects you people is the union without it ... Well...
I hate to say it but if you feed on human misery you are a terrible person. I know from experience grocery can turn you into a bitter person but most people wake up and find them selves again. Not these four nasty pieces of s*. I'm still have that nasty taste in my aura from dealing with that one individual from 3 days ago. I just warn you if you blow the story out of proportion I will ethics point/grievance you. I only tolerated you politely for years and I'm just glad you all have seniority on me so I could pick the shifts that allow the least contact with you people.
