All the b.s. I've had to deal with this year in my department alone coupled with repetitive shi--ty managers. I'm just spilling the beans on how bad this location has gotten in the past couple of years. I don't care if I end up submitting a 30 page essay telling the inners of how far my store has fallen. It starts with corporate making our store a high turn over store for management.
Remember do not put down ANYTHING that may give away your ID. They say its "anonymous" (not) and if they want to, really want to, they could find you out. Via Employee ID I believe

I stopped doing that survey years ago. It doesn't do what bit of good. What's worse is Kroger will institute a new policy and say we asked for it.

They dont care. They already know associates are lazy ASF. They will find out who you are by doing this though and fire you. Good riddance to bad rubbish
On our survey corporate decided to pay us a (not) special via zoom call visit to discuss the survey results. They were NOT happy with our answers and seemed to EXPECT us to give them a POSITIVE rating (h3ll no!)
On the survey it says to answer as honest as possible. We all did. I'm guessing answer honest as possible actually means "give us the POSITIVE answers we EXPECT to hear"

Seriously, is anybody really truly happy working for Kroger? Oh, you may like what you do, but do you like doing it for Kroger?
I have a lot I want to say this year but I might leave that part blank. AS some of it might get my @$$ in trouble. I'll just say I'm not happy and very much will consider leaving the company next year for better future potentials.
