Going to stop buying produce from my local kroger stores. Here's why...

Many people do not realize the produce back room is a trash dumping ground where side departments come and leave their garbage by the trash door. many people are too lazy to call to get a key. Even when it's wide open they just lazily abandon it like we are responsible for it. Hell no!

Our produce back room became the dumping ground for trash when the power went out for 5 days. It was nothing but a trash heap. I bought some produce after it came on and it tastes like the lingering trash odor from the trash pile. No, I'm giving other grocery stores my money for food. If this is how low food safety standards have gotten I am done supporting qfc for my produce. If it happens again I'm contacting food health and giving them the snaps of the past 6 mo of trash piles in our department. No I'm done. we work in a food industry and we are surrounded by f'n trash every day.

Zero stars.

The answer is "high prices".

Try again later.

I don't even shop at my store.  I go to the kro down the street or the competitor..  I have seen how long perishables pallets sit outside the cooler while being stocked.

I'm going to go back to not buying groceries at my store. Knowing the sanitation issues it has. This is a common issue amongst all qfc stores.
