Our am opener starts at 5 am and nothing is done when we come on between 9a-1p. He has any where from 4-5 hrs before we get on to get work done. His job duties are that of a stocker. Yet he does nothing. No product filled, department looks terrible.... He does a half affed fill of his primary job duty and always waits until his last hour or two to do that. Even then he does a half affed job and milks the clock for o.t. He is very clearly under performing and this job is not a good fit for him. 

When we get on and try to do his assigned role he gets offended and starts to do it but only if he sees someone else trying to do it. 

Good lord kroger if someone is underperforming to this degree; acknowledge it! You have cameras to see if someone is working or not. And no he ain't working!
