Through front doors where customers shop or through back from inside dairy cooler ?

I think it depends on the time of day and what the product is.  I've seen them fill some things from the front and other things from the back.  I would assume that all regular milk is filled from the back.

It's not too bad. Bit doors and milk trays RARELY get cleaned. It's useless calling a courtesy clerks to clean it being as they feel each dept is responsible for their own areas. Including clean ups.

We practically have to force them to clean under the threat of write ups before they'll do anything.

Courtesy clerks are responsible for cleaning up messes on the salesfloor.  Each department is responsible for cleaning their own cases, bunkers, shelves, trays etc.  Also, if a spill does occur in your department and you have to ability to clean it up, then you should clean it up rather than expect a courtesy clerk to do it.  I don't know where you got the idea that courtesy clerks are suppose to clean your department, but you're wrong.  For the record, I am not a courtesy clerk and I've worked for Kroger for almost 36 years.

My dept cleans it's own. Very rarely will we call a courtesy clerks to clean our messes in our dept. In my mind if you make the mess then you clean it if able. I even clean my mess when I am shopping in another store and I spill something.
But on the rare occasions we can't clean up our mess, we do ask a cc to clean it...but again, that's rare.
