I've been seeing a lot of posts on reddit about severe hour reduction this time of year and it's only getting worse. The union needs to step in and tell them to stop it. I've had this happen to me too. The union fought to get my hours back and it's not worth it if I'm having to worry about my pay check if it'll cover the bills or not.

I'm use to hours going up or down depending on the time of year but to reduce them from full time to not even part time hours is ridiculous. I keep warning them if you can not provide me at least 30 hrs a week i will go else where. If you can't even provide me enough for family health insurance I can go to any dead end job that pays higher locally and I've given you 2 decades of my life and I'm about to say good bye to this damn company.
