The last couple of years I've endured a lot of harassment in various forms and degrees from my location. And the company wonders why I no longer wish to remain with them? Gee, years of harassment and being treated poorly. Yea, I'm done. Bartering me with negativity and harassment only to get the union rep involved time and time again isn't a positive work environment. 2 decades of my life to this company and I am treated with hostility, harassment and being tossed around like used old luggage they can't get rid of because of the union. And they wonder why I don't want to remain with this company long term.... Coupled with being under paid and no good deed goes unpunished. I'm glad I set 10k aside for a certificate and AA and next year can consider leaving this company. The past 2 years did it in for me in deciding if I wish to stay long term or not.
