Pretty sick of these f*cking early @ss lunches

For some reason, they keep giving me early @ss lunches. Like 3-3˝ hourd after I start. I am NOT ready to take my lunch at that time. So with that being said, I ONLY take my lunch 4-4˝ AFTER I start my shift. I'm not a checker or a utility/courtesy clerks, I work clicklist/stocking so I'm sure they can manage by themselves during the time I chose to take lunch.

I've had these early @ss lunches EVERY. DAMN. DAY that I've worked (mon-fri) and im.proud to say I took my lunch 4 hours AFTER I started.

I usually take my lunch 6 hours after my shift starts.  The earliest I will take it is 5 1/2 hours after my shift starts.  My shift starts at 5 AM and I am not taking a lunch at 9:00 in the morning.  You need to move to move to department that's more task driven rather than customer driven.  There's meat, dairy, frozen, drug/GM.  Even deli and bakery have  jobs that are more task driven rather than customer driven.  You just have to make sure you don't leave the department empty handed unless it can't be helped.

My last location got in trouble for scheduling every one's breaks in the first 3 hrs of their shift. Need to pee after that well sorry hold it tough luck. Nope, that didn't sit well with me and many of us called the union. Most of the time they do this to short staffing. Most of the time side departments don't even follow the break schedule assigned they just go when they want so long as one person is in the department at all times. Front end and maybe deli are different.

When I worked at Kroger, I took a lunch break whenever I wanted. One time someone asked why I did that. I just said because I can. I have been here so long, and I can take lunch when I wanted to.

Lunches are only for full time wagies (as scheduled), according to union contract.

That's ...not a thing unless you've worked here since the 1990's.

Tell me.

Tell me about Sunday pay.

Front end and Click list are the only ones who have to take their breaks and lunches at a scheduled time.  Everyone on overnight stock used to take lunch at the same time, but that may have changed.

Contact your union rep they're technically not to cram all your lunches in the first 3 hrs.

If you have nutrition deficiencies or requirements like diabetes for example they have to a low you food breaks even if it is inconvenient.

It is also not in-humane to deny you the right to a bathroom break after all your breaks have been utilized.

I work clicklist and I've NEVER taken my lunch at 3 hours after my start shift. There is NO REASON for me to do so. I am NOT READY to take my lunch after 3 hours. So I take it ONLY after 4-4˝ hours AFTER I start
