Good lord my manager is an a@@ hole. I request a little time off work for medical. Denied. Show them the dr note saying I was not lying. They decide to honor it. So I only get 16 hrs this week (date of original post) and I am not showing up for the second shift. It's honestly not worth my time to go in for this dribble.
The scheduler rewrote it to honor my changes but the manager was an @$$ and gave half my hours to someone else. Yea thanks. And they wonder why I want to leave this company. If I was not on a leave I would call the union and say hey, this isn't right. We all have the same availability and yet I'm the only one getting discriminated against.
So not only do I not get paid this week they stole my vacation hours from me as well. Because they did not schedule me they do not have to honor "sick pay". What an A$$ hole.

Just show up and work your 16 hours. That's what I did when I was a cc and they gave me 12 hours instead of my guaranteed 16 hours
Manager failed to input sick pay for me during my medical so I'm skipping a couple days later this month to compensate for the failure to pay me. He's such an a$$.

Nope they dont youre not entitled to it. Sounds like a personal issues and youre just blaming others for your incompetence. Just quit its clear with the hours theyve given you they dont need you at all.
