Just thought of something in regards to the Rodney situation

If it had nothing to do with Kroger operations or employees, and he said this was "personal conduct"-could this have been a falsification of his resume/or experience? I used to work various HR departments back in the day and some of my supervisors told me at least 50 percent of resumes have some sort of embellishment on them. But most places will only go back several years if at that in checking references. What do you all think?

Rodney started working for Kroger in 1978 as a stock clerk.  That was 47 years ago.  I don't think there's any embellishing going on.

The background check is very thorough and never ends.

But WHY is Kroger being SO evasive about why Rodney left? He self-reported to the Board, it's not as if they came to him first and asked what was going on. The truth will eventually come out.
