I'm fed up with my current store. I'm tired of running from bad managers each time they come in and display their horridness on the store. I've been unhappy for 6-10 months and this is an ongoing issue. Union has been ignoring our plea for help and only recently gotten involved after filing an ethics report against our manager. If our union agrees this is a what I think it is I may proceed with a lawsuit. 

We come to work because we need to. We do not come to work to get harassed or discriminated against in various fashions. Our leader is done after the massive complaints from his coworkers after an incident earlier this week. Coupled with our manager being done if he proceeds this display of unfairness.
