Due to lack of training, shi---ty hours, fu---cking with our schedules.... verbally harassive lead..... No one is happy. One is 1 secret shop away from being fired -- now that they write you up for missing one little damn thing on it. The other is getting tired of the unfairness, favoritism, dealing with the daily drama of the place and is applying to jobs and will quit once she gets an offer from one. I stepped college up to full time and come fall I'm bouncing down to 4 days a week if even that. If you don't treat your team with respect -- you won't have one. If you let your 1 staff member keep slipping through the cracks who is an under performer and severe slacker yea you'll not have a team.
We're sick of being treated like dirt and will go else where to a better company where we don't have to worry about being fired for secret shoppers dining us on any little damn thing they can snipe from us. Coupled with all the other bs they're grading us on now and this job just became -not fun!
