I win in my case against the company for wrongfully hiring in someone into my position just randomly. I tried to use just cause but they kept using union loop holes to be an aff hole about it. Nope, sorry I win.
You hired in someone that refused to do the job duties correctly, gave them zero training and expected them to excel, you kept rewarding them with unfair schedules to the rest of us, you kept treating them like they were a favorite... They sucked at doing all the job duties and only stocked. Failed to improve or even attempt at customer service. Sorry but refusing to learn customer service skills in a job that requires customer service skills.. well that was your down fall. May you learn from your mistake.

Okay 1 you're in retail it's highly unheard of to have a solid 40 hrs a week and have a set schedule with your 2 days a week off being on the same damn days every day. 2 you need a reality check to this kind of work. He's been a dick the last few days and we're all getting sick of it. 3 If they don't remove him after 2 weeks I'm filing a complaint saying "why isn't this guy terminated and still allowed to work with the company?" There's a lot more to this job than just stocking and the idiot didn't figure it out or even think to develop his customer service skills at all.
If they keep honoring him his 2 days a week off and set schedule I'm going to contact corporate and say these are restrictions the same restrictions why our store manager isn't letting me work that position and this is not fair.
