Coworker dismissed still shows up to work. Should I report them?

A coworker was dismissed last week but they keep showing up. Now what? He's quite bitter that they dismissed him but that's his own damn fault for not improving his customer service skills and failing to meet company standards. He's getting more bitter to work with each shift and I thought when people git dismissed that's it they're done. If he's still here after the 2 week time frame for courtesy I'm saying something. His attitude is getting old and frustrating to work with. My team is already a crack pot team to begin with.

If he's still going to work, then he was probably just told to step down from the role of department leader.  Which in Kroger terms means he'll be expected to do the same job for less pay.

Update: Company told him he can not do this and was requested to leave. It counts as trespassing at that point.

Good lord if you feel your company is trying to fire you or let you go, start job hunting there and then. Don't wait until you're pissed that your company fired you for you not being able to satisfy easy company quota. Unless you're pay check to pay check just quit it looks better than your your could be future employee call prior company and they some how connect the dots about being fired. Some people are just idiots and learn the hard way.

I win in this scenario of my manager wrongfully usperping my position with hiring an individual into my position and union doing little to protect my worker rights due to how the contract is written.
