Called out corporate on a new policy and it felt good.

Don't you love it when corporate keeps making up policies out of their rear ends, then hras--s staff about it and enforce it to an unethical level?

Well... I recently called them out on it after a case involving my coworker and the new policy. I reminded them that the union had to end the practice and that it was technically illegal to the union to do this practice. Then write up people for not complying to it.

I'm so fed up with kroger, if they want to play hard ball, I'll fight and kick screaming back but professionally. If you're going to treat me like dirt, I'll fight back any way I can. I'm so fed up with our manager that I'm ethics reporting all the bs he's been doing to us lately and he's not happy abt it. Well... maybe you shouldn't of cut my hours, removed me from a position just out of the blue, then tell me to suck it up... No, I'm standing up for what's right. Enough is enough!

What's the new policy?  For gosh sakes, if you're going to post dirt on Kroger, you've got to give details.  You don't have to give names, but you don't have to be so vague either.

miss your secret shop = get written up.

I think I opened up a bigger can of worms on this than I thought. Mostly to how they handled this with my coworker.

Half of me feels bad, the other half says "no you did what's right." The other half of me feels bad for calling out people on this.

Been a while since I've called out a case this big. At first you think it's small but later you don't realize how big of a case you opened.

Must of been a big case, they forwarded it to the big wig bosses. Do I say uh, oh or do I just accept it now?
