Lately our staff have been quite frustrated with the current schedule writer and they're frankly terrible at it. Lately they've been fu--cking up every one's schedule and no one is happy and there are massive calls to the union regarding it.
I filed an ethics regarding no one's vacation was approved this year and staff are getting time off honored but no pay for that time off. Our manager was pissed today and he's been approving vacations left and right and the backlog of everything in the system. He was quite annoyed in having to do it. Well that's what happens when you do that. Union calls didn't work, talking to you didn't work and enough is enough. 3 more months and my vacation cashes out and I'd like to take a vacation where I friggen get paid for it. So too would everyone else.
