Im a full time status 1 employee in cincinnati/dayton area.  Im being told that part time employees with limited availability get scheduled first and i have to take whatever is left.  Im being told that availability comes before seniority.  Im also being told that if I refuse to work third shift i get moved to the bottom of the schedule.  Is this true?
