My education is almost done and coming faster than I thought with full time school. 95% online school and my final quarter I'll have to change my avability then I'm done. Finally got my manager on failing to approve and pay me vacations. Investigated last two vacations and current one and have documentation of the story. Union is working on a grievance process for me due to the bias behavior. It's either a yes or a no and manager just kept ignoring me. Mean while all the other department members were getting approved left and right. No, this wasn't right.
