For 2 years we've been dealing with his lazy a$$ and we're all sick of him: not pulling his weight, plays disappearing acts, struggles to even to the primary functions of his job, quality of work reflects that, so scatter brained nothing gets done efficiently if at all. Since I've stopped covering his a$$ early on, he started getting dinged left and right on audits. It's annoying it took this damn long to fire him. Most people adapt and learn from the first write up. Not him. I bet you anything he'll go get another job with a competitor as he doesn't have a lot of skills. I think he came on during covid years and at first he was good but he got sloppy and that's what did him in. May he learn what it's like to work in the real world.
