Ethics report confirmed this. This is kroger policy. I made a bit stink about it after a coworker failed like 18 in a row. The union in my area put an end to this a long time ago now they started this bs again.
At least at at Slaveway you were exempt from this bs if you had a disability and could prove it with a simple dr note excusal. Not kroger they're douches. My disability has made me fail more than one and if that's an eeoc claim.
