Fired on day 2

So here is my problem I was hired as a bagger/curtsey clerk smiths in Utah. Well, I finished all of my computer training and other stuff before 12noon. Any way something happened to my password when I went to log in, I asked the Hr. person for help, she got so mad at me, she told me to go home, and we will reach out to you for your schedule. well, this was on a Friday, I had to call every day twice, and sometimes three times, But no one every pick up the phone. By the way I have a couple of disabilities Parkinsons's and cancer. which she knew about it. So at this point she violated my ada rights or so-called Human rights and the ability to go to work. I have called division, and corporate and left messages. My attorney says he is having trouble reaching someone because my number and contact information we are ready to sue the Kroger company he says I have a pretty good chance. All I want from them is a apology in public at the store, and with back pay, my job back

Your word against hers not happening. youre not getting an apology nor back pay thats laughable and I doubt youd get your job back since you abandoned your job. They dont rehire for job abandonment.

You have no case. Your word against theirs. you have no proof. You will lose and then the retaliation begins. Enjoy being the punk till they make you quit.
