My store recently banned a black family of 5 after several years of them stealing from us. The wife is a drunk and the husband is too. They go through jobs left and right because of the issue. The kids all steal from our store and each one has been caught. After repeated multiple issues a few years ago they finally gave them the ban slip. Each one of them is now labeled as no hire in the system.
We had a homeless lady not leave during a snow event and she had to be arrested because of her refusing to leave. I feel for her but she was a mentally and she refused to accept any support over her life. Even the courtesy of random strangers.
We had another lady continue to use the employee only restrooms in the back areas and upstairs as well. We kept having issues of lockers being ransacked and then it crossed a line when she started interfering with the receiver's business. Eventually she got trespassed for going into the back and helping her self to random product and began harassing staff over it.
Original poster here. Customer in my former store was banned for calling one of our cashiers the "N" word. Manager told him to never come back or if he did would be arrested
