Is it that unusual for that many MOD to be transferred out to different stores all at once?
When they are all black? No its not unusual at all in the slightest. We had 5! from this store get transferred with a quickness 3 months ago. They replaced them with the 3 white males a white female and an Asian Jew. The end result? The store has seen a MAJOR change for the better at least by Kroger standards.
That sends a red flag to me for "immediate transfer".
I've seen this a a few times and it is generally an option over termination. You have two choices termination or store transfer and you're on thin ice and on hot water for being watched. One mistake, you're gone. It is rare to have someone do an exceptionally well job and be "promoted". However, that is also an option. In most cases it's usually done as a "You have one last chance out the door option."
