I'm getting really fed up with our manager this year. I filed multiple ethics reports against him for targeted harassment scheduling and bias selective scheduling incidents. I didn't get paid one f'n vacation this year because it took him for ever to approve them all. My last one for the year and he mucks up and pays me every friggen day of the vacation. The system is to be doing 40 hrs a week at most and it just cashed it out for every damn day of vacation. Due to a slight change in the schedule I'll now have more time off than I want and while it is nice it isn't necessary. They know how to use the damn my time system and they're just toying with me at this point. They do need to be careful as I'm not a fraud to use ethics. This second test vacation proves very much I'm right, union is wrong and they're being dicks to me. I very much am valid for an eeoc claim if this continues into next year. Be careful what path you tread.
