Calling out five minutes before your shift, half asseding it when youre here, taking extra ling breaks, not equal team work, zero motivation for the job. Oh the union will protect me. Only to a certain degree. It doesnt help that the company attracts these kinds of workers due to low wages and no one wants to suck up working through the pay steps to get there over a few years. Significantly dropping the ball on enforcing well anything.
Kroger you suck attracting this crowd of people. Ten years ago it wasnt nearly this bad.

I mean Im the same way. Why should I care and do work when there are clowns like you who will do it for me? Lol maybe instead of being bitter and jealous you should just do the same as we do. Pay me more and you might get better performance until then Ill let you do most of my work for me. Thanks.
I thought if you were going to call out it had to be at least 3 hours before your shift would have started
3 hours? There are many situations where a person cannot give advanced warning they are going to be late or not show up at all: car trouble, icy roads, sudden illness etc. If you work in the morning, you're probably not even up 3 hours before your shift starts. I get up 30 minutes before I have to be at work.
