We just got a new crop of co-managers.  The woman, I'll call her Meth, likes to spend all her time watching the security cameras trying to catch people doing something wrong so she can fire them.  It doesn't even have to be something big like stealing or fighting.  If you grab a candy bar before punching out for break, even if you pay for it after you punch out, she'll say that's shopping on the clock.  Then there's this new guy.  I don't know his name.  One of the ladies in the bakery department told me he told her that she was putting too much icing on the cinnamon rolls.  This guy is completely new to Kroger.  So he's never worked in the bakery.  I would have asked him how long he's worked in the bakery.

Its common knowledge associates are thieves all they do is steal and rip off customers by short changing them. Associates also steal time. Shopping on the clock is stealing time. Dont steal and youll be fine. Dont like it? Then just quit.

You must be from corporate or management.  Kroger is trying its best to get people to quit by throwing on more and more time wasting tasks that have to be done every day.  I've been with Kroger for over 35 years.  So I've seen a lot.  The people who have been running things the past 5 years or so are idiots.  I blame the woke DEI practices kroger has been implementing.  We've gotten so much stuff in and there's no place to put it.  Just because we sold 500 units of something last year does not mean we're going to sell 1000 units this year.  There are so many customers to go around.

Now you know why this form was created by pissed of employees. (Kroger doesn't own it. By their standards and ethics you think they'd allow this?)

I think we need to start posting our feelings on Viva Engage.  Imagine what their reaction would be if we told them what we really think.
