Your job really isn't the place to air your political views. It's simply not appropriate. If you have to, make sure your audience has the same views as you do.

I didn't say I "was airing my political views"-those of us that hold conservative family values are just as important in this company as someone more liberal. I was looking for *specific* things that have happened in your store(s) that make conservative employees uncomfortable. That is hardly "airing your political views,"

So, there is a particular employee I work with and we both believe in family values, many traditional family values, but you know what else we agree on? We agree that Trump sucksWe agree that Trumps agenda is not helping our customers be able to afford groceriesBut, you know what else? We work with many conservative thinking friends, good people who also want similar good things for their familiesWe might not all agree on everything, but I dont disparage anyone who doesnt agree with my viewsSome of the most conservative people are some of the hardest-working people out thereMany of them my co-workers! I have family and friends, some who are diehard Fox News watchers, but theyll lift a finger to help anyone in a minute! We might not all agree on everything, but I dont disparage anyone who doesnt agree with my viewsBut, I actively take the time to listen to them, to hear their side, just as I hope they do mineI do love these conservative vs. liberal argumentsHonestly, I think many people live to argue, which doesnt do anyone much goodBut, I also think there are media outlets and clickbait articles just setting everyone up to argue with each otherAdd on top of that, those who like to argue in forums and comment sections might find themselves arguing with botsand dont even know it! Theyre angry as hell and dont even realize that someone else is out there pushing division among the populace and making everyone distrustful of their neighborsThe whole thing is pretty heinous, if you ask me! I will say thisIf you are conservative, try to find something in common with those who show a liberal bentAnd liberals, try to empathize or find at least some common ground with the conservatives among youYou might just find that you have a lot more in common than you think! Im not saying its easy, but if we want to have peace in our lives, reconciliation with our families and cooperation in our workplaces, it is something we ALL need to strive for!

The problem isn't with Trump. The problem is there are too many RINOS in Congress who are actively working against Trump. Trump is definitely a blowhard, but I agree with his policies. Also, economic change doesn't happen overnight or in just a few months. Sometimes it can take as long as two years for the change to be noticed by consumers after a new policy is put into place. People have become used to instant gratification and they need to get over that. Right now the most important thing is lowering the cost of energy. You lower the price of energy and everything else will follow suit. One thing they should not do is give money to everyone. You flood the economy with cash and if you don't have the goods produced to support that influx of cash, you are going to cause inflation due to supply not being able to keep up with demand. You don't need an economics degree to know that. That's just common sense.
