She has to greet every single customer that walks in and out-even when she was OFF THE CLOCK, she was still greeting customers when she was leaving. It is SO annoying and obnoxious.

Hell, I do that! Many of them are just like family at this point! Some of you guys might want to try it!
We have a few and the managers use affhole excuses to say why cant you be like that. Lets see get treated like garbage dor many years while getting the short end of the stick trying to make ends meet. Constant beratment from customers doesnt help. I filed an ethics report when they said you have to be happier and it was during a time frame i had a few family deaths all in a short time frame so i told them fuck off basically.
