My coworker who was out for ten days because of a cold and she could have returned to work on day five or six. She milked it to 2 full weeks off. You suck. bow shes on light duty for not reporting an injury correctly or in a timely manner and out six more weeks. You suck. Why are you even employe?
I wasn't going to tell my lead until I get the confirmation but I might be going out on medical for 6 weeks and this is something I am not going to overlook or ignore. My lead can be pissy all he wants and there ain't nothing he can do about it. I'm at that age where medical things crop up from time to time and I've seen my family members wait until death beds before acknowledging health. I'm not doing that. If life can be extended with pre-treatments I'm going for it.
