New uniform policy might see an ethics if they dont accept a reasonable accommodation for allergies to synthetics and polyesters coupled with a religious accommodation as well. Will present my reasonable accommodation to management but if they reject it the company gets this on them. Hr rep who is very accommodating to physical disabilities belittled and arrogantly turned down my complaint.

Religious accommodations?  If you want the job, you don't get special privileges.  If you think we're going to bow down to your whims, you can just turn right around and go back to wherever it is you came from.  We don't want your kind here.

And rightfully so. This is a job you go here to work no one cares to see or hear about your fake religion while customers shop. Higher ups will laugh at you and tell the management in a email to get rid of the jesus freak complaining.

I don't think it's the Jesus freaks you have to worry about.  Yeah, there was that woman who sued over the rainbow on the apron, but she was a nut.  It wasn't even the right colors.  The ones you have to worry about are the Muslims and their sharia law that they're trying to implement in parts of the U.S.

All you people replying are aff holes. So you dont mind freezing your affes off with tshirt warmth. Or understand that some religions do not allow clothing this informal. I typed up a legal clause and will ethics report it if they dont update this Policy.

The first amendment says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an established religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."  It does not say that a private company has to abide by someone's religious beliefs.  The first amendment is not the "Freedom of Religion" amendment.
