Just a last warning to our department micromanager. 1 You're not in charge. 2. Just because you take charge and snap orders disrespectfully at staff does not mean you are off the hook. 3 This is in violation of our code of conduct for behavior amongst staff. 4. If you continue this any longer after reporting this to our department manager, I'm filing an official statement regarding your behavior.
This micromanagement needs to stop. This has crossed over to harassment with inappropriate phone calls and texts. Now that you know we blocked your number you're getting irate about it and bitter. You were completely out of line the other day and bombed your job duties as am opener more than once. Part of working a lead job is you need to do the job duties assigned to you. You can't just expect so and so to do them because you don't want to do that task because you don't like it or think it's a waist of time. You also can't keep getting the manager to over ride us when the manager to our department gives us specific requests to follow. Then act like a middle schooler getting teacher because you didn't like that somebody did something to you.
You have no idea how close you are to an official report. You were totally out of line on day one of our vacation for our manager. That was completely disrespectful berating staff with snapping orders while completely failing to do your own am opening duties. This is not acceptable behavior from an individual playing lead because our manager is never around. This is unbecoming behavior for someone in a company that expects its team members to function at a respectful high performance with positive attitude. I'm a little more perturbed our hr hired someone like you into our department that requires higher standards. This has crossed over to harassment and needs to stop. If this goes on 1-2 more months, I'm filing an official documentation against you. I am uncomfortable working with you.
